Pokemon Migration Problems?

OK, so I go to migrate 6 pokemons, and when I enter the park to catch them, and I see my first pokemon, whatever it may be, the game freezes, whats the problem.

I didn't use any cheating devices to obtain any pokemons in Ruby, so why does my game freeze?

Oh, yeah, this happened to my brother too.

    Try cleaning the game and GBA. That happens to me sometimes and i clean it with a cotton swab

    could be a glitch for a rouge gap in the programming code if you restart your game it should be gone otherwise there is nothing to be done
