Call child welfare services.

Check the juristictions law regarding nusiance law, or codes. Too many violations can bring about notices and court orders. Unclean lawns are usually a health code violation.

Remember, when dealing with "druggies" always be (or appear)on the defensive. This will help you in court,and filing reports with police. Never play the aggresor in any case. As for the challenging to fight, Never play the aggresor. Record on videotape when they do, then take them to court. Let their lawyer explain to a judge why their actions should be tolerated.

It seems the writing is on the wall. The cops are not going to do anything. You can put up with it or sell your house and leave. We fought drug dealing in a small town for 7 years because we loved our antebellum home. In the end we sold and left the state. Half the town and most of the police force was involved in drug dealing. I have never been sorry that we sold and left. You are going to loose your battle.

you have already done your civic duty; now let the cops handle it.

However, you can always get all of your neighbors to sign a petition alleging the potsmokers are a public nuisance.

File a copy of the document with the police/sheriff's Office; file a civil suit in Superior Court against them using the petition as evidence that they are a public nuisance.

I wouldnt call someone who smoked bud a druggie...the police have more important things to worry about then some little pot dealer. I can totally understand why you would be upset about the parties and music, but if they're smoking pot, why does it concern you? I know lawyers and dr.s who smoke a little weed now and again...

its funny that they challenged you to a fight, but at the same time u shouldn't live in fear. try callin the cops on them at the right time and dont make a big deal out of it, if the drug dealers say anything say i didnt call the police and be nice to them.

i wouldn't wait for seomone else to do it, keep calling they have no right to threaten u for calling the cops.

hey it just so happens i`ve got the same problem.i have neighbors that smoke pot,have huge crouds at once and have lots of kids running around all hours of the day.i have called on them due to my house being robbed.i`m certain it was them.an officer told me to contact the landlord and tell him whats been goin on.he said that`l get things goin for now.still if it`s not my neighborhood,it`l just be someone elses.call the landlord if you can and tell him whats been goin on.it`s worth a try.

What I would do depends on whether they are owners or renters. If renters I would complain to the landlord. Landlords don't like getting 2 AM phone calls about renters having parties.

Just keep on the police. It's their job to deal with this.

Stop calling the police is my only suggestion to you if you want to continue living where you do or you may find yourself sitting in a burned out house.
