I'm so confused by your question, but I will say that I have a big list that I strongly believe in. One must always have a place to write their dreams and ordinary goals. Anytime you want to read a book or learn how to speak aramaic, but just can't find the time for it, then you shiuld find the time to simply record it in your list, so that when you do have time, you can make a little step toward completing your goal.
It helps me feel less like I'm letting fun things slip when I have a lot of work to do.
