My tooth feels loose...?
My back tooth feels loose, but I don't know why. Should I tell my mom? I'm 13, and lost all of my teeth already.
And how do i know if i have gum disease?

Generally your tooth will be loose due to bone loss around the tooth, or you may have some plaque under the gum line that needs to be cleaned out. Sometimes a loose tooth can still be saved if you get to the dentist soon enough. So GOOOO!!
Your wisdom tooth could be coming in under it or could be pushing against it tel your mom now and tel its urgent do not wait a month get to the Dr. Now !!!

Yes, tell her right away! I have so many problems with my teeth, as a result of fear of the dentist, (they once pulled the wrong tooth, and I avoided them for so long after, that I have had to have serveral pulled now). Did you have your wisdom teeth removed? It could be one of those, and generally, they have to come out because most mouths don't have the room for them. If thats not the problem, you may have a vitamin deficiency. Either way, you don't want to end up like me. It looks like I have a beautiful smile, but the truth is most of my back teeth are either broken, or missing, and I am in pain almost constantly. I know that at this point, a dentist would have to pull most of them back there. Good luck!

hi reg! i think you really could use my advice. If you really want a smart answer, I'll tell you that what is doing this to you is your age: it gets to us all. im taking calicum only supplements that have magnesium in them to so they'll get better absorbed. I've read that if you goto the dentist every three months the x-rays will get better over the year if you take 1.2-2.5gms. Also, have some common sense, and care about your teeth. Despite what anyone else says, no one cares if you loose a tooth, which is what will happen if you dont take care of yourself.

Well it could possible be a cavity or something like that.Like if you do brush daily and b/s like that it could actaully cause cavities but any who yeah I would tell your mom because you dont wanna be 16 and look like you 60 with out no teeth.I mean she'll hopeful take you to the dentist and so on and so forth.
