anyone know if a program is available to prevent people from right clicking and being able to save a picture you have sent them..thanks in advance for any info or help

There is javascript code for a web page that attempts that. Many browsers now have an option to defeat it. In any case they can temporarily turn javascript off. Anything you can see on the screen can be saved.
Creating a flash file may deter someone. They can always print the screen.
Since you say "sent them" I assume they have the picture. Once you have sent someone a picture they physically have it so what are you trying to stop?

You can as a flash (swf) protected file, but they still would be able to do a screen capture.
