Has anyone ever had an answer disallowed by Yahoo Answers?
This was the question I replied to:

a question for the women . do you like getting your lips wraped around a nice juicy big thick ROCK its so hard and tasty i bet you cant resist i bet your dribbling at the thought sticking something so hard and juicy down your throat. you know you want to.
The answer i gave which was deleted was this:
**** BEEP BEEP BEEP **** MONG ALERT - MONG ALERT!! Meandean. You really are pond-life at its best aren't you? The Internet has a wealth of knowledge to be dipped into. Instead of diving for pearls, you decided to dig for worms. What an empty-headed illiterate you are. I bet you have to sing the 'Happy Birthday' song to yourself so that you can remember your own name. When you get home to your folks and sit on your haunches, grooming each other like baboons do: remember this - don't forget to pull your pants down before you go on the toilet; it can be such a mess if you don't! Be at peace with yourself.

This was a very snarky and sarcastic answer (although not wholly underserved by the asker and probably something that I might of given, considering the caliber of inquiry)
Nonetheless, it falls under the vage category of "insulting other participants" and thus, you got clobbered, potentially by the person who asked the question.
You can try and fight it, but the Y!A appeal staff will uphold the penalty

No answers disallowed but very satisfied.My man is more like a chippolata but never mind, it's what you do with it that counts and we had two kids first go, no bother! I am very happy in every way.

Plenty of times , my latest one was this morning I replyed to a question with a happy smiley symbol as a way of expressing how I felt about the question. A violation came my way !!!!!

Yes they have sites specially designed for those looking to flirt...Kids use this site and the content isn't exactly educational.
