Does spam email ever go away?

I admit it, I thought I won some money. Now I've been "spaming" those e-mails but there not going away. HELP!!!

I dont want to change my e-mail

    You can mark the emails as spam, and that automatically deletes them and adds the spammer's email address to your block list. It cuts down on the amount of emails, though sometimes they'll change email addresses.
