Richmond American Chardonnay Blueprint?

We have a Richmond American Chardonnay house built in 2001. We are attempting to re-wire, or rather hard-wire the first floor for the Internet. The basement is unfinished so this should help.

However, looking where the phone line should be (in the kitchen), there is not a wire coming up. This leads us to believe it is somewhere in the walls.

Is there a schematic / blueprint of the Richmond American Chardonnay that might help us locate the telephone lines / cable for TV, etc online? And if so, can you provide the URL? My roommate seems to think there might be a tunnel where all the wires come in, etc.

We are able to see where the electrical / telephone lines come in, but what we see is just not enough to help us. For example, the telephone line goes into the office (which we see) but we do not see it going into the kitchen.

Sometimes if there is a box in the wall for the wire and it is not there, you can take the box out and "fish" with a coat hanger for the wire. When you find it, you can use a remodel box to put back in the wall.

    Good Luck,
