how is JL audio speaker for midrange/full range speaker?

    JL is okay but I would recommend you shop around - you most likely can get a better speaker and a lower price.

    JL puts out great products. All of them, IMO.

    But, IMO, they are all overpriced.

    Some other great speaker manufacturers are: CDT, Focal, BostonAcoustics, Morel, Vifa, Eclipse(made by Vifa is Sweden), DiamondAudio, Alpine, CSS, etc...

    You're most likely to find a better deal on one of those brands.

    Personally I like the tweeters but I find the midbass lacking.... personally I would go with CDT

    I agree with javin if I were you i'd go with boston acoustic or infinity which make really good mids and tweeters
