How to use a recycled cell-phone?
If I were to take a cell-phone out of the recycling bin, what would I have to do to activate it in my name?
We have a box of old cell-phones at work and I was wondering if I were able to somehow put one to use(provided it was still in good enough condition to do so).

is it a company phone?
if not, and its a phone for like t-mobile or cingular (one of those sim card phones) then you can just take your sim card out and put it into the other phone.
if it is like verizion i believe you have to call them and tell them, and they should then be able to help you out.
good luck
