Can you give an answer to someone else's question a Best Answer award?
I just wanted to know if it was possible, if boy1 answers boy 2's question, can boy3 give boy1 the Best Answer thing.

No, we can vote on other people's questions if they go into voting but only the asker gets to actually choose the "best answer." If they fail to do that, it goes into voting but each user has only one vote so we don't personally choose the "best answer."

No, but you can vote for it to be best answer. I've won a lot of bet answers that way!
