Don't read too much into it. It is just a dream which something happen to you the day before which you brain is doing some work while you are sleeping.

Have you noticed anything different about your friend. Could there be something going on she hasn't told you about yet you can kind of tell somethings up. Ask her how's she's doing. Maybe your dream is telling you that she has something to tell you or you have something to tell her.
