training boxing gloves or bag gloves?
With the evergel handwraps should i use training boxing gloves or bag gloves. I'm only working on a heavy bag for endurance and strength training. I'm not a boxer.

I'm not sure what heavy bag your hitting, but I have a 70 lb sand bag at home. I usually hit it for about 2-3 minutes about 3 times using the bag gloves that came with the kit. I am not a boxer either, but I can tell you to wrap your hands well before putting the bag gloves on. This hand wrap is not only to protect your hands, but also your wrists. Expect soreness in your wrists if the hand wraps are not properly applied.

You're going to need some bag gloves. I recommend the Title Gel bag gloves.

First, if you are hitting a heavy bag you need Heavy Bag gloves, If it is a speed bag get speed bag gloves and if you are sparring, the 14 oz gloves are fine.
