Like men, women flirt in a variety of ways. Some subtle, others not so subtle.

I'm guessing in your case, the woman in question isn't being overt and obvious, or you wouldn't be wondering.

Here are a few things you might want to look for.

Do you seem to be bumping into her more frequently? Does she make excuses for being in the same places as you an awful lot of the time. Does she look your way, catch your gaze, then smile and look away? What about her body language? Does she touch your arm when talking to you, or "accidentally" brush up against you? Does she always seem happy to see you? Does she know you pretty well on a friendly level and tease you?

If you're getting signs like this, I'd say, yeah ... the woman is flirting with you.

She interested if she gives you a couple of lingering stares before looking away and maybe a smile or two. Maybe she comes close and makes small-talk and listens intently to you. She may give you a pat on the arm or shoulder. She's being friendly to give you a chance to make a move such as asking for her phone # or asking her to coffee, out to a movie or some event. If you want her then show some interest back or she'll likely think you're not into her and move on.

If she's trying to find reasons to touch you or be near you - she likes you. If she smiles at you - she's flirting.

if shes being a ditz, happy go lucky, or laughing for no reason she prolly likes you

you would kno by them just starting small talk & maybe even a little touching

umm they smile at you, touch your arm, or stomach when laughing. there is a sparkle in their eye when they talk to you.
