Vegans: Is it possible for you to be totally pure of animal.......?

I am not against your beliefs or practices.....and am only asking a question...is it possible for you to be totally free from animal products and by products.....like your vehicles.....and all that goes into the making of your car parts...and upholstery...etc etc.....food packaging and the process it takes to get your foos there and keeping it safe....do any of these types of questions cross your thoughts. (sorry about any spelling issues)

Update:

There is no hidden agenda here..was only asking a question...I don't want anyone offended.....

    No, it is impossible.

But the more vegans and vegetarians there are, the more choices will be created based on those beliefs.

Doing the best you can to not be a part of the things you feel are are wrong is the best anyone can do to help them sleep at night.

"Vegan" is an ideal, or a wish for the world. Veganism is the practice of striving toward that ideal. Maybe as we evolve, people and businesses will remove more and more cruelty from their products.

I don't think it's possible. Even if you don't own a car and ride your bike-there's still a chance that animal biproducts are in the bikes paint. Also if you ride the bus-there's stuff that goes into the upholstery, seats, fuel, parts all made from animal products in some way shap or form. Even in many drugs like asprin and in the inks used on the package of vegan products could be made with animal products in some fashion.

Its impossible to avoid dead animals-they are in everything from computer keyboards, common household cleansers, glues on carpets and postage stamps, and a host of other unlikely places. Sad, but true. There is no way to be "completely" vegan in a society hugely influenced by the meat industry. However, by being vegetarian or vegan, you reduce your PERSONAL support of those industries. By actively avoiding animal by products, when possible, it helps, but by no means can anyone be completely vegan. I am constantly shocked and amazed at the places animal by -products turn up. One wouldn't think we would find Bessie by products in our toilet paper, now would we, but its in the glue used to hold it all together!

Mathmatically it is impossible. Once any animal product is consumed it remains in the body. The filtering system does not remove 100% all the chemicals ingested. Diseases come from the minute imperfections in our digestive system. You can only hope to significantly reduce the amount of animal biproducts.

I am not a vegan. I am now putting a tinfoil hat on my head to read the responses from real vegans. Notice my thumbs down tracker blast off into double digits. This is a punishment from the Vegan Goddess of Supreme Diet Virtue. It is a measure of vegan "tolerance"

its impossible.... even the air that you breathe is going to harm some micro organisms.... thats the order of nature..... one possible explanation for vegetarianism is the food is in harmony with your body.... in that it keeps your senses and emotions in check, (read it from some sanskrit resource)... am a non vegetarian though.....

People do what they can and not everything is humanely possible. I am wondering what exactly your agenda is asking this question.

In my oppinion, no you cant. You could always slip and eat or buy something made from animal or have something from an animal.
