Has anyone else done PRINCE2 training?

How did you find it? Is there any pre course reading I can do ?

or any advice at all

    I have found that a lot of companies are asking for the prince 2 qualification. I have spoken to applicants for certain positions and they have stated it is a project management course, useful but because it costs 2000+ they said that there were better courses at that cost available. My advice all qualifications are worth while just that the cost of this particular one seems a bit steep
