My dog has a rash . SHe has ate cat more cat than dog food ,can this be related??

There are many reasons for a rash. You should check with your vet to determine which one your dog has. The only way to know would be to stop letting the dog eat cat food and see if the rash goes away. Cat food is not meant for dogs, that is why it is called cat food. It is not meant for the dogs digestive system. You need to stop letting the dog eat cat food now.
