Has anyone heard anything about Steven Jyles? He's a QB for a CFL team...not sure which one.?

He's the 3rd string backup for the Edmonton Eskimos.

He played college for Louisiana Monroe and set about every passing record. He played there for 3 years, then was signed from free agency to Edmonton in 2006.

Last year he didn't play regularly since he was a backup. He only threw 11 passes. He still hasn't passed this year, but has rushed 4 times. He probably won't get much action since he is at the end of the depth chart, however he is a good young prospect and may be traded.

I went to the same college as Jyles. I'm pretty sure he plays for the Edmonton Eskimoes unless he's been released or traded.

He's the backup QB for Edmonton, I know he played for UL-Lafayette in college... haven't really seen him in action though.
