I believe Yahoo Answers has a bug or hacker problem right now. I found one question that I can't answer without getting a 999 error message each time I press the submit button for that question no matter how many times I try to resubmit it.

Note: I sent a feedback e-mail to Yahoo Answers reporting the error message I got.

see whether if the asker block you from answering their questions. I doubt so since you just join this YA.
maybe likes others said, YA got a lot of problem recently.

this question can't really be answered by someone that doesn't know you. i don't know you so i don't know if you are bad at giving advice or maybe you are answering the questions after the deadline is over?

Make sure you are not trying to answer already resolved questions. Resolved question are closed for accepting new answers.
