Are you having problems with Perfectmatch.com?

I joined Perfectmatch.com for 2 months and within the 1st week contacted their Member Services to find out if my messages were actually being delivered. I had received no replies to over 20 e-mails and photo requests that I had sent out and thought that was very odd as my response rate while I had been a member of Yahoo Personals had been satisfactory. The problem, of no replies if I initiated the contact, has persisted and now my request for a refund has been adamantly refused. Is anyone else out there having difficulties with Perfectmatch? I joined because the site had been touted as one of the best, but my experience with them has been frustrating at best.
