Bad Customer service, a typical problem like all Government owned Organisations. Non accountability in the workforce is another major reason. As they do not get performance based incentives, like in the private sector, they do not bother to improve their efficiency and are happy with the pay and leaves allowed. Present day Customers expect the products and services to be excellent, in par with the value for their money. As they have various attractive offers, certainly they opt for the best, which obviously is the Private sector.

because of delayed fault recovery service and illitrate call center staff.. unaware technicians in broadband services. When internet goes down, it remain inactive for more than a week as no body know what to do. and they just follow wait & watch policy.
