URGENT!!! how do MLB players warm-up before a match?

What type of batting practice they do, what warm-ups they do. How long they need to take to warm-up. Also what pitching warm-ups. THANKS!

if you want to know show up early to a game and watch batting practice/warm-ups. Starts about 2 hrs before the game.

well for batting practice, have you ever been to a game an hour before they start they have the cage out for practice. And they also stretch and run. For pitching they just toss the ball around, some long toss, El Duque for the Mets warms up with a softball, this way when he grabs the baseball its easier for him to throw the soft stuff.

they stretch out and practice fielding then they do batting practice and at the same time practice fielding

Before a "match"?? Wow, why not ask how many "points" they need to score each "quarter"?
