So exactly how much energy do you think was wasted in running the "Live Earth" concerts?

All the lights, smoke, special effects, speakers, not to mention the trash dumped on the ground, smokers, etc. had to leave quite the "carbon footprint".

Is this just another hypocrisy from the left?

    i think that the concert was a waste of finite resources but i think they wanted to raise awareness in a fair point of view. i'm not saying they were right to do that, but in a way they werent wrong either! get what i mean? lol anyway bye =D

    EXACTLY what i thought! but it's to raise awareness erm so hopefully it will work. but all those celebs who sang and that should follow through and everything to set us a good example, otherwise your right they are hypocrites
