David Ortiz in a slump?

what does everyone think is going on with david ortiz? he's not hitting like he usually does. Do you think he'll get better anytime soon? i hope he does the red sox definitely need him

    yes he is in a slump and yes he will get better.

    david ortiz is an amazing player and he will defiantly come out of his slump

    although i disagree with you that the redsox need him right now (there destroying) i am i die hard redsox fan so i do want them to always be getting better.

    did someone call a DH a good "player"? lol.. try playing some defense lump. Ortiz isnt getting fat meatballs anymore and he is such a pull hitter that he can't even hit the other way when they have the shift on.. way to be a complete hitter

    It's what always happens 2 overweight players. First comes the slump, then the injuries, then the retirement. Example: Mo Vaughn.

    Pitchers are adjusting to him, defense put the extreme shift on. His number will go down just for that, but it might be mentally not needing as much offense since the pitching is great.

    If he's in a slump, it's not that bad because he's playing in tonight's All-Star Game.

    he has a better chance now that he isnt playin detroit anymore! dang they owned him!!! we basically own everyone we play though, thats nothing new

    no he just likes men and doesnt have a boyfriend, and its showing on the field
