My sub is making some noise like high pass ( singing voice) is coming out? what should I do?

My amp is JL audio 500/1 with 10 inch w7 sub,

    Sell it and buy a new one - that's what you usually do anyway.

    Turn ON the LPF switch (if present) and set as stated above.

    Most likely it is the sound of the people on the street jamming along with your loud music. I am sure you are the life of the party in your community!

    sounds like you need to lower your low pass frequency... Typically anything over say around 80hz, and its startes to become locatable. over about 120 and it does start to pick up more than just "bass" as you typically think of it.

    it dont sound like the lpf to me.sounds like u gotta speaker wire or rca wires to close to your power wires,run them on seperate sides of the vehicle and see if that works
