Why is gas so much right now? How much is it in your state?
Here its $3.29 and climbing.
I forget to say I live in Oklahoma where its $3.29 a gallon.

because our country is being ran by idiots. I live just outside of St. Louis, MO and it's $3.29.

Here in Michigan, it ranges from $3.39 to $3.54 (from what I've seen) Our horrible Canadian governor increased our gas tax, but that was like, 2 months ago.
I haven't seen gas under $3.00/gal since before March.
We have the highest average price over any other state in the country. Yes, even California.

One reason for the price surge includes growing customer demand which the refineries can't keep up with. In Chicago, I bought gas for $3.99.

as of today, my area Alexandria VA (about 15 minutes from Washington DC), regular unleaded gas is $2.98. It went up 4 cents in two days.

Ohio- south area is about 3.18 and that is a huge jump from last week which was about 2.75.....sucks. And most of the area here does not offer busing.

Here in TX> the average price is $3.05. they say it"s so high because the refineries can"t keep up with the demand.
