Were people having sex in the aisles? Were boys being molested in the restrooms? Were men running around in thongs and high heels, waving rainbow flags, handing out fistfulls of poppers? Were pamphlets on The Homosexual Agenda handed out to kids with every free ballcap, along with Gay Card applications? The hysterical rant by Richard Thompson (former elected Oakland County, Michigan, prosecutor) would suggest that all of the above were likely, and I'm wondering if the promised "modern day scene of Sodom and Gomorrah" actually occurred.
Incidentally, this particular conservative Catholic-based group was co-founded by Tom Monahan (former owner of Dominos Pizza) and has its headquarters on the Dominos Farms corporate campus- a company that remains at the bottom of HRC's Corporate Equality index long after this man- who rediscovered Jesus about the time his net worth hit a billion dollars- left the helm.

The article states "Children should not be subjected to the ‘in-your-face’ antics of these radical groups"... but also says “San Diego Pride supporters and volunteers will be recognized for organizing the group event with a scoreboard welcome and the Gay Men’s Chorus of San Diego will sing the National Anthem.’”
It seems as if the only ‘in-your-face’ ‘debauchery’ going on was a scoreboard message and the singing of the national anthem.
I am surprised that this conservative group is not screaming for a boycott against scoreboard manufacturers or against who should be allowed to sing the national anthem... they are so anti-gay that they fail to realize that the only ‘in-your-face’ antics are their own.

I think the thousands of paying customers were there to see a ball game.
I doubt they were there to have a fringe group subject them to a rainbow spectacle.

Those folks picketing were morons! For crying out loud, get your noses out of other people's bedrooms!!! They seriously have no lives....
