What does Buddha's hand zest taste like?

Now I'm just curious what it tastes like compared to a lemon for example? What does the zest taste like?

    Kinda like lemon, but a bit bitter. I mostly just like them to look at. There are better options for cooking and eating.

    i think just really citrousy, maybe a bit florally? but i've never seen it in grocery stores :(
