Is there a universal safety rating system for websites beyond child protection?

I know there are such systems to protect children, but I am interested whether a more comprehensive system exists that tracks the authenticity, legitimacy of the stated purpose of the site, whether the site is being used for fraud & abuse, cyber stalking, hacking and other internet crimes, and whether the claims, and promises, made by the sites owners are valid.

    I use these 3.

    1. Download the free SiteAdvisor.

"McAfee SiteAdvisor warns you before you interact with a dangerous Web site. Traditional security products focus on trying to clean up problems after they occur."

"McAfee SiteAdvisor also complements and enhances your existing security software by detecting threats which traditional security products often miss, including spyware attacks, online scams, and sites that spam you"

    2. If you use Internet Explorer as your browser, use IE-Spyad.

"IE-SPYAD adds a long list of sites and domains associated with known advertisers, marketers, and crapware pushers to the Restricted sites zone of Internet Explorer. Once you merge this list of sites and domains into the Registry, the web sites for these companies will not be able to use cookies, ActiveX controls, Java applets, or scripting to compromise your privacy or your PC while you surf the Net. Nor will they be able to use your browser to push unwanted pop-ups, cookies, or auto-installing programs on your PC."

    3. Download the Dr.Web Link Checker.

"Doctor Web, Ltd. offers new free service developed for users traveling on the World Wide Web with the help of Mozilla, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or MS Internet Explorer, which is a plug-in to scan for viruses and different kinds of malicious programs, such as dialers, spywares or adwares any link to a page before it is s opened, or any file before it is downloaded onto a computer with the most up-to-date version of the Dr.Web scanner and hot add-ons to the virus database, released twice per hour!"
