Did they take GameCube off the market?

The last game being made for Game cube is Madden 08 and that is coming out soon after that and sales slow down they will start removing them off store shelf's.

So basically this will happen when they make the money off the last game I estimate with in the year 2008.

Even if they have taken it off the market, Gamecube still kicks ***. The best games i ever played for the gamecube were the Resident Evil games. I will forever own one LOOOOONG after production stops just because those games rule

no i just got my gamecube for my birthday and it was yesterday the reason they arent advertissing is because things like psp and 360s are taking all the marketing but make sure a t the end of commercials to look at the screen cause in the fine print there is the game systems that are compatable

Some stores still sell them but the only games coming out our also are on the wii

they probably just arent announcing them, ps1 games came out for that first year after PS2, and also the major games wont come out for it, just check your local store every now and then, but honestly i hear that the wii is worth it, and its comparably cheap

they havent taken them off shelves, they've just stopped production of the console but i think they still do some of the games.
