If u persist in trying to get a job under certain conditions; They didn't ACTUALLY say they didnt like you?

People say that if a place of business wants an applicant to pursue because they want to see if you are persistent, follow through etc..&they want to be bugged a little bit, but for all you know you it could be scaring them or making them feel threatened?Shouldn't you be afraid to keep calling back like that every two or three weeks and come in like once a month to follow up, when there are conditions like certain people applying for jobs just frustrated the manager; because of how they look, act, makes people feel threatened by them, makes people want to be extremely uncommunicative, etc.., or they simply do not like the person &want them out as quick as possible when they come in for an interview? Managers are lying about a position being open or not, and being vague about who does the hiring & throw them off on how to contact them, and embarrass and humiliate in front of everyone else in the restaurant? So if you persist, what might the result be under these conditions?

Just my opinion, but the time you have spent pursuing this one particular job, might better be spent looking for something else.

After a follow up call, it is a fair assumption that they are not interested or they would have called you.

Time to move on....good luck in your quest for employment.

The results? They will think you are a stalker and hopefully not subject the other employees to you.

If three weeks have gone by they are not interested, leave those poor people alone.

You may think about seeking professional help, this is not normal behavior.

You're just going to annoy them. If they don't want to hire you, making a pest of yourself isn't going to change their minds. Bear in mind, they are not required to give you a reason why they're not hiring you. They would only need to provide a reason if they fire you.
