You think severe punishments will do much?

The basic problem is that anyone can pass the table test as well as the road test. Just make those tests more difficult and remove motorcyclists off the roads, and you'll do a lot.

I've been to many countries all over the world and I haven't seen anywhere whipping and mandatory imprisonment as a punishment for traffic offenders. All countries impose fines and the point system which makes frequent traffic offenders eventually lose their licence, like in Malaysia. I think that the fine system is good enough, just many road users are not mature enough to handle different situations.

That's why they should be properly educated and obtaining a driving licence should be made difficult.

To all those who suggest whipping: are you people so into fetish stuff? Shall we impose some bondage too? Maybe some spanking?

Please people, control your hormones, all right? If you really want the fetish stuff just visit the link below, no need to get everybody in Malaysia involved.

I think it depends on how you teach it. I think back to the 90's and some of the scare-tactics used on young men, making them think that they could go to jail for sexual assault if they even touched a woman, and I just don't think that was right. There is a difference between scaring someone, and teaching a young man that there are boundaries that you just don't cross. Personally, I think this is more of an issue that should be discussed and talked about on a more personal level, rather than an academic one. I see nothing wrong with him learning about the laws, but I don't really think that's the big picture because the bottom line is that, when it comes to sex, there are boundaries that a person should never cross, morally speaking--for example, pressuring someone into having sex is wrong, and he's at a good age to learn about those sorts of things. Not sure if he needs to learn about scenarios in the workplace... to be honest I think that sexual assault is sexual assault--doesn't matter if it happens at school, work, at home, etc. I have to respectfully disagree with the people saying that it's not more important just because sexual assault happened in his family. I'm not saying that he will hurt women when he is older, but we are a product of our environment. When you are coming from an environment where you see young people getting pregnant, statistically your chances of becoming a teen parent yourself is *very* high. And especially since those girls were impregnated by older men. On top of that, has molestation happening to people very close to him and he needs to understand the reality of what is going on. With that in mind I think you should make a compromise with your husband. Meaning, there are some things that you will not discuss, and some things that you will.

since they have destructed the community in certain ways, get them to involve in traffic related reconstruction - set up road signs, fix lamp post & traffic lights, fix the road holes, paint the road lines...

these are usually done in late night / early morning, they will feel useful again and more importantly have less 'energy' to do the bully act the next day ;-)

    1. Suspend their license for life (let them take the bus or taxi for the rest of their life) - the lightest punishment i could think of.

    2. Produce another law - bullies will be reported (like in YA) and face the possibility of their car being suspended. hehe...

    3. Make a special lane 'for bullies only', sure they will be too embarrass to use it and will have to behave themselves using the 'polite lane'..

    4. Prison. Let's make it like this.. They will be jailed 2 weeks a month, another two weeks free, the next two weeks in jail.. For as long as 2 years, sure dorang insaf punya...

The law should be like this ...

Corner the road offender immediately and whack the hell out of him on the spot . Whack until his moyang also can't recognise him. Than only report police....

Since if you don't do anything to him the police won't either .. might as well whack the guts out of him and than only give him to the police to handle.

    Satisfaction Guaranteed.

Report lagi? La ila dia niii bangsat betul... Did you know, that if you keep reporting on others, you're risking your own account from being suspended too? The more you report me, the more Yahoo's computerized system is going take note of your frequent reports and you will be marked. At the end, you'll only lose your own account as a result. Not mine, definitely not ours... so, go ahead and report... I thought you're a professional who could take comments? LOL!!!

Wanna share some pork chop with no money and me? Its good for your brains, you know? It'll make you less retarded with every bite that you take! Oh yeah, you can stuff all those 'paTAtoes into your nose too, cos' it will make you look cleverer. Who do you think you are, a pimp? Motherfcuker!

    *****

When someone gets banged, No Money should cut off the offender's dick first, for a start since azayi suggests the implementation of Hudud Law... LOL

Then, maybe Homo Sapiens can sula that guy with an iron rod for contempt of court =)) ROTFL "Heavy jail sentence and whipping"... wow, that sounds so sadistic... so, what about making them wear leather boots and piercing their nipples too?

Naah, it doesn't work anymore. These 'hashish' treatments are WAY too primitive meant for primitive minded people and it won't work to cure such problems. I've been working with some hardcore ex-offenders and they don't mind repeating history... just like me, when are being reported and suspended, will keep coming back. Its not going to work that way anymore... :-)

Source(s): I'm a professional... professional in cloning I guess... everyone here is related to me. Some people claim that they're professionals too, but I caught them being professional wankers... *ahem* Azayi, I heard that your sister is cute... :-)

Jail term and suspension for road bullies.

Suspension of licence and heavy fine for other less serious traffic offences.

Jail term for driving on a suspended licence.

Yes, jail term and whipping. Let them bear the scars so they will remember to be nice on the roads.

Put them behind bars, a minimum of 2 years.

Colllaborate with overseas' prisons. Through prisoners exchange, send them (by ship) to Guantanamo Bay prison, Abu Gharib prisons and the worst of all US prisons.

When they got back, they will surely repent and proud of being able to s*hit while standing. (lol!!!)
