I have had it for over a year now,and it's fine,no viruses,it works well with my ipod aswell(I don't use itunes) you can get the trial version but once it expires,you songs will still remain,but you wont be able to do mcuh else.It has lots of features,but the only problem is the only way of contacting them is if you have a question that is not answered via the FAQ page,I sent my problem,but never got an email back,as far as I know there is no telephone number for them either.But the problems sorted now so it's alright.Overall I would reccomend it.
