Right click your mouse key and click on 'reload'

It depends on which browser you're using. You can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.

at the top of your browser you got File, Edit, View... click view.. Choose Toolbars.. click Customize you should be allowed to click and drag what icons you want to display on your navigation tool bar... hope this help.
this all depends on what type of browser you have they are all generally the same when it comes to toolbars.
