I really want a snake but...?
Ok, here's the deal. My dad said once we moved into our new house I could get my pet snake that I've wanted for years, but it turns out the person who lives in the bottom suit of our house is like TERRIFIED of snakes they even hate worms. Bad child experience. That I can understand but I've been waiting forever for this pet and now my dad says I can't get it. So should I sneek it, or comprimise and find a new reptile companion. And if the second one what pet do you recomend?

Compromise.
Sneeking it isn't the best thing for the snake. What if there's an emergency or something?
This won't be your last opportunity to have a snake.
Bearded dragons make nice pets.
So do Russian Tortoises and Chinese Box Turtles

I think you can work with the people around you to make this happen; getting a snake, that is. Snakes rarely escape unless their owner forgets to put clamps on the snake's screen top. Snakes can be happy living in one room, so you don't need to take it out and "walk it" around the house. If you'd like to (for whatever reason) you can buy (or use) a cheap fabric bag with a zipper top to take it outside and then carry it in the open to show off to your neighbors or whatever you like. I did that the first time I got my ball python. :) This way, the woman who lives in the bottom suit won't see.
Essentially, what I'm saying is that the woman downstairs does not even have to see the snake for the entirety of the snake's natural life because it can live perfectly happily in it's enclosure in your room.
Good luck :)

Don't hide something liek a snake from your parents. It's not really even okay to hide other stuff, but it's a necessity.
It'll be way too suspicious to sneak it. You would have to SNEAK to the pet store, and SNEAK frozen rats, plus you would need a decent cage which is way to large to go unnoticed.
My suggestions is to get a decent sized lizard, like an igunana or something. They are not the same, but it's way better than a turtle or other small lizard (I owned bother about 6 years ago when I was 10).

MOST PEOPLE ARE AFRAID OF SNAKES. I DOUBT THAT YOU WILL EVER CONVINCE THIS OTHER PERSON THAT SNAKES ARE OKAY.
I SUGGEST SOMETHING THAT CAN GIVE YOU AFFECTION............... THAT IS WHAT A PET IS REALLY FOR. SOMETHING FURRY THAT CAN RECOGNIZE YOU AND HAVE JOY IN SEEING YOU.
THE BEST FOR THIS WOULD BE AS YOU ALREADY KNOW WOULD BE A DOG OR A CAT.
I AM PROBABLY LIKE YOU, I LIKE THE DIFFERENT AND STRANGE AND HAVE HAD MANY SNAKES, TURTLES, LIZARDS, WELL YOU GET THE PICTURE, BUT MY BEST PET WAS ALWAYS A DOG OR CAT.
I RECOMMEND A POODLE........ THEY ARE SO SMART YOU CAN TEACH THEM ANYTHING, AND THEY ARE HYPOALLERGENIC, SO OTHER PEOPLE DON'T HAVE ALLERGIES TO THEM.
IF YOU REALLY SPEND A LOT OF TIME WITH A POODLE YOU CAN TEACH IT TO TALK, RECOGNIZE THINGS YOU WANT IT TO GET FOR YOU, EVEN IF THEY ARE IN ANOTHER ROOM, THEY ARE THAT SMART.
THINK ABOUT IT AND YOU WILL MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE.
BEST OF LUCK.

Non poisonous snakes can be grown in the house but in a secluded place in a glass enclosure with open top or net. But you will have problem in feeding it since you have to get rats, Guinea pigs etc. But other people will not know that it is non poisonous. Pythons can also be domesticated but beware of your other pets like dogs, cat etc or even small kids. It may take them for breakfast.

Instead of buying a pet snake and having to pay for its care, try volunteering at a wildlife rescue or natural history museum. If you really like that experience then one day someone may pay you to care for snakes.
Why do you have to OWN something to really enjoy it anyway?

Beardies are awesome,id recommend a dragon or a gecko.
Don't try sneaking it i know from experience, the end results not pretty and it usually doesn't work in the first place.
If you love snakes, maybe work/volunteer at a pet shop that stocks them.

Sneaking it is not good for the snake or you. Beleive me, I know. A different reptile to think about is a leopard gecko. Friendly, low maintenance and fun to play with. I had one for 3 years for it died.

Try talking your dad into it. It will never go near her. Otherwise, get a lizard. They can get into really small sizes.
