Is there a specific day for Grandparents' Day in India?

In the US, it is on the first Sunday after Labor Day. Is it the same in India. I'm looking for a specific date that is celebrated in Indian schools.

Grandparents' Day in India is 9 th September 2007 which is 2nd sunday
