My Fellow Christians does this make you as excited as it does me?
At the Luis Palau festival this weekend in Omaha, we were praying for 40,000 people to attend for the whole weekend, and almost 55,000 came on the first day alone.
SO MANY gave their lives over to Christ for the first time. It was amazing.
Doesn't that just make your day? Will you please pray for the new believers as they look for churches in the Omaha area and the Midwest? Our family got a lot bigger this weekend! Whoo Hoo!

I am not surprised since I know that where ever God guides ..He will always provide!
It is always a good feeling in the heart to know that amongst the non-believers, we need not get discouraged for there are just as many that are searching for God. Fortunately for them because they heard God's call with humble hearts, these families heard the Gospel as God patiently open their blind eyes to see the truth.
Even as we rejoice here ...the angels in heaven are more so rejoicing over the victory!

Those rallies are full of Christians rushing forward to "give their lives over to Christ for the first time". You see the same restored virgins turning up at every one.
But you probably had a few dozen join your church that day. Congratulations.

Yes, it is exciting when people come to know Christ. Praise God for people who are willing to preach the gospel. Yes, the new believers need to be discipled. Praying for them. Thanks for sharing. God bless.

I used to live in Kansas City and it never ceases to amaze me the amount of brainwashed mid western sheeple there are. There must be some kind of biological experimentation going on there. Most of those who showed up there did so out of boredom because that whole area is so f-in boring there is absolutely nothing to do there except molest farm animals.
