System recovery. Is it possible to put "Favorites" from the saved data file into the recovered version?

I know where the file is but don't know how to put it back into the browser.

What Andre said...it's the same in most browsers. There is usually an import (and export) function that will allow you to incorporate your favorites if you know where the favorites file is.

In Mozilla Firefox, go to Bookmarks menu, and click organize bookmarks. Under the file menu click import bookmarks and choose your file, and that is it.
