Reaction to rabies vaccine?
Is it possible that my dog had a reaction to the rabies vaccine two days ago? When he came home from the vet he had his tail between his legs and was acting like he was frightened. Before we took him to the vet, he was just fine. He still is acting weird. Could this be a reaction from the shot?
Oh, and he's not as active as he always is.

Yes it is possible for a dog to have a reaction to any vaccine, just as you might. It is the immune response to the shot and it can make you feel like you are sick. They can also have an allergic reaction to the shot, which can be dangerous by causing swelling of the airway, but this will usually occur soon after the shot.

first of all, there is not any distinction between the shot given for a one-300 and sixty 5 days and a three-300 and sixty 5 days. this is the appropriate same shot; the categorization lies interior the documentation. The dogs gets a one-300 and sixty 5 days vaccine if this is been extra effective than a 300 and sixty 5 days because of the fact the final rabies shot, different than for particular states and their particular rules. The dogs gets a three-300 and sixty 5 days vaccine if this is been extra effective than 8 months, yet below an entire 300 and sixty 5 days because of the fact the final one, lower back excepting some state rules.
