Democrats trying to do something, Republicans continuing to be obstructionists, and a bill that will eventually be vetoed, and stands no chance of an override because those Republicans who have been criticizing the President don't have the stones to put their votes where their mouths are. If it turns out differently I'll take a look, miracles have been known to happen.
