Why do we have Yanks on our England and Ireland Page ?
A few mins ago i answered a question and some fool lady told the person off, and told him to go to yahoo England.When he was on yahoo England x
The point is the fool told him off for being on his own page.

No, Cindy. He was on the UK & Ireland page just as we are now, petal. Was wondering what she was talking about myself - thought I'd managed to get myself on the wrong page somehow.

If you go back to the "all categories" page you see an option on the left to see "all English" or "UK and Ireland". This means that there is not a dedicated page as such for UK and Ireland but a filter set at personal level to select what you view from the database. If you choose "all English" then you see all the American stuff too. So I guess the reason you see Yanks responding to UK and Ireland questions must be that our questions are so much more interesting than theirs.

Yanks giving answers is not a problem only when the give an American based answer does it become so.

I myself, find my self clicking on answers and they aren't defined, under a category until I look up and wonder what the bloody hell is going on here.....then I see UK Y& Ireland.
Although we all speak english, you guys have stretch slang to max?
I've slowed down and quickly find my place!

Yes. I think if the language is English, then all the questions come up regardless of the country.

Because we have Brits and Irish on Yahoo America......... duh, If you remember right, we are all English or Irish or Swedes or Italians, from all over... remember?? And besides isnt that what part of the web is for?? To meet, learn, and express interest in others from all over the world???

I hate to say this - but America, UK, Canada, etc. - what's the difference? We're all cousins here.
