What's that game called.. where you put your hand flat on surface, fingers wide, and knife the gaps?

At increasing speed.

Can you do it? With a pen maybe?

Ouch.. i just sliced my little finger with my pretend knife (pen) on count 53.

    The first time/place I saw it was the "Alien" film. Wouldn't really call it a game though! Lol.
