Millefeuilles means: " a thousand layers" and it refers to the multiple layers of the special biscuit that is used in this dessert. Between biscuits they put a delicious white cream while white almonds and powder sugar are used as topping.

    Enjoy! : )

I used to make these when I was working at a french restaurant.. they're like cream puffs, no, wait.. they're more like a small flaky pastries consisting of several layers of puff pastry with a filling of cream and fruit preserves, topped with powdered sugar..

    chocolate optional..

    too good...

if you know a place.. please let me know.

the place I used to work at is now gone..

    so..

    :)
