sony audio car: AM doesn't work.?

I bought a refurnished sony audio car (cdx-l550x). but after I connect to my car and with the antenna. Am does not work. (fm works fine).

What can I do ?

    Depends on what type of antenna your car has. Some models have dual antenna cables for AM FM or haveamplified antennas. You may need an adaptor or may have to power up the antenna. Or you may just have a bad radio like the other guy said.

    Take it back for a refund or another radio---sounds like an internal reception problem.
