Which Of These Colors Will Look Good On Me - Day or Night?

Hi! Is it possible for you to try some of these colors on at a store? In my town, MAC is sold in Belk stores and at Saks.

You may want to go to a store that carries MAC and ask the saleslady to help you 'try on' some different products and color combinations.

I'm suggesting that you decide this way, instead of accepting a color choice from a total stranger on the internet, because I believe that you will be happier with your choice if you are the one who makes it.

Just on looking at your photo, general facial description and the MAC page, I would say maybe Perennial Rose.

But before you blindly accept my opinion, please remember: I don't know your color preferences for makeup; I don't know your color preferences for clothing; I really don't know your 'true' colors since I cannot look at you instead of a photo; I don't know if you 'react' to certain types of makeup or certain colors.

I once tried on some lipstick before I bought it, and I was sort of glad and sort of not so glad I tried it out first. I found out I was a bit allergic to something in the lipstick, and my mouth swelled up (not sexy-looking either); and I also found out that certain colors 'turn' on me - the pretty pink I tried on had a 'blue' base so my lips were a deep purple instead of a delicate pink.

Oh, well. At least I didn't spend any money on it first.

Two more things you may want to consider before 'buying without trying': (1) The color you see on your computer may not be the actual color of the lipstick; (2) It's more fun to try different colors on in the store than to sit and stare at a computer monitor and try to figure out which color to choose..

Better safe than sorry, so why not have fun making your selection?

I am not going to recommend you what color fit best to you from this web page. But the way you described yourself it seems like you have to wear cold colors. You can recognize warm colors when they have a brownish or gold touch to them, you call those colors the summer fall type.The cold ones are the ones with a kinda silver or blueish touch. You call those the winter type. You seem to be more the winter, spring. You have to be careful with buying a color on those web pages. A lot of times they look so much more different then they actually are. The best thing to do is to go to the store and see how they look like before you buy them. Do not put them on your lips but try them on on your top of your hand. make up and lipstick are the closest one to test on your hand since it matches the best your your skin tone. You can get infections fast, because so many people try this stuff right on their face. Another thing you can do is to get scarfs in cold and warm colors and try them on. The colors you like best around your neck are the right one for you. You will recognize the wrong ones if they make you look pale or give you the feeling of having rings around your eyes. Usually the right ones brighten up your face and give you the right touch to it. Good luck!

It's perfect. It will go great with dark hair and eyebrows. It wont take too much attention from your eyes. It's an in color. It will also look great with dark eyes as it's not too pink, so its really contrasting.

i personally think all of these colors are kind of ugly and older looking due to the washed out and metalic hues they have. however, for a beigey pink skin tone, if i had to choose, i would say persist or commit.
