How would I remove the door panels of my2001 Ford Expedition?

I want to install new speakers and I don't want to destroy the doors in the process.

    Checker or Autozone sell cheap door panel clip removers or Harbor Freight,

    you need to buy new clips anyhow, most times the little plastic will break and you cant reuse them,

    we have a place that does installs for a dollar if you buy their speakers, might check around your neck of the woods
