Arsenal take over?

What do you think of American Stan Kroenke trying to buy Arsenal? He has already got 12% shares. Is this a good idea or not. Tell me your views.

As a spurs fan, NO. As a neutral NO AGAIN. I think there's too much of this happening, and i would prefer to see at least a few teams sticking with their roots. Unfortunately spurs haven't done that, which i'm disappointed in a way about it. And i think Arsenal do not necessarily need the money. Yes, arsenal are not a rich club, but they never have been and yet are still a great team season after season - managing to keep up with the likes of chelsea and Man U, who as we all know are stupidly rich.

all the while, i've been saying that arsenal needs a sugardaddy in order to compete in the transfer market. what else can the arsenal board do but accept the inevitable.

kroenke, by hook or by crook, will force a takeover in arsenal. all he needs to do is to acquire the share of david dein, his staunchest backer before he left arsenal, and kroenke will be the majority stakeholder.

Peopel need to remember that the great club is steeped in history, if and hopefully when Stan comes in he needs to ensure he continues the traditions. It will help him if he brings back David Dein. To have money to invest in top talent mixed with the youth Wenger, Brady and Bouldy are bringing on will finally see off those pretenders to the London crown. We do need to be carefull, Liverpool look like the owvers mean business, but unless your a fan of the club why would you invest such a vast amount of wonga?

I'm not an Arsenal fan so it doesn't affect me and if you get lots of money to spend on new players and your not in debt by the end of the season then yes it's good idea.

I don't think Arsenal need him.

The whole point of moving to the new ground was to generate more money so they can compete with United. Without him Arsenal can still compete. Besides it's not Wenger's style to buy big names all the while. He prefers to buy unknown players and nurture them.

i wont make any difference cause the team aint english anyway or even british so an american will just put the icing on the cake besides how can arsenal be proud of there team when they dont even contribute to the english national side.
