Google Video Upload Problem?

I'm trying to upload a foreign film onto Google Video. The film is split into four parts. I have already uploaded part 1 & there hasn't been any problem. But google refuses to accept part 2 (same file format and everything). The film is not liscensed in the U.S. Does anybody know how I can solve this problem, or I can work around ?

You need this player for foreign films but you will need to convert them to what google will reconize. Its not real simple but can be done.
