basically it's ok only 11 yr old difference but logically it's very funny n absurd bcoz she's too young,immatured mentally n physically.anyway friendship can still be nourished n maintained as far as friendship is concerned.

No, that is not right at all. It doesn't matter if it is just a friendship, 13 and 24 are ways apart on maturity level. I'd cut the friendship and tell her that is not okay. She might make another older friend online who is not a good person. I wonder what the hell her parents are doing.

I've read some of the other answer you have received but I disagree with them. If you're just friends then I see no harm in it but becareful at that age some girls tend to fall for guys easily so just watch for that.

It's ok to be friends but only if her parents are ok with it and be careful not to say anything that could be considered threatening of like you are attracted to her.
