I have been suffering from severe eczema for a long time now and I am looking for a cure...I have seen the doctors, have been given several creams etc but they only work for a short period of time or not at all...any advise would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

i have had this problem for over a year now...i just lay on my bed for several hours and just cannot sleep, even though i be tired and my eyes hurt-i dont fall to sleep...i have tried sleeping pills and they dont work...help...?!

I am always feeling sick/dizzy and have been told by a nurse that it because of food...food that has acid in them,i.e. apple, banana, orange, lemon, pineapple and food that has spices, chillies, etc......so i want to know what food does not have acid in them....also i want a list of non-spicy food...
